How soon can you pick up my books?

We can normally pick up your books within 24-72 of your request. This timeframe can slightly vary based on the amount of books and your location.

How much will earn from your program?

That completely depends on the quantity, quality and popularity of the books we receive. There is no definitive way to estimate this, sorry.

What quality of books do you accept?

We accept almost any book that doesn't have torn pages, torn covers, foxing, significant spine damage, water damage, mold or missing pages.

Do we need to scan any of the books?

No, we don't reject books based upon their estimated value. But we can sort through your books and only take the ones in good enough condition to sell.

How does the payment system work?

We take 50% of the net profit. Net profit is calculated by subtracting platform fees (20% with a $0.40 minimum) and our average cost of packaging ($0.25).

How often can you pick up books?

We can pick up books daily if you have a large enough amount of donations coming in on a daily basis. Most of the time we schedule weekly or monthly pick ups.

What happens to books you can't sell?

If you give us a book that we're unable to sell, it will be donated to a non-profit or recycled. We always prefer to donate, but sometimes recycling is the only option.

How much does it cost to get started?

It costs absolutely nothing. You will never pay us a penny. This service is provided 100% free to all of our clients, we just take a commission of the net profits.

What types of books are you looking for?

We accept all types of books. We don't have a minimum profit goal, which is why we don't scan books. If we can sell a book and make a few pennies for you, it's worth it.

Are books ever thrown away?

No, we either donate or recycle. We can also sort through your books and not take ones we'd reject - or we can just take all of them and dispose of unsellable ones.
